1. First, please make sure that you make your transfer from a bank account of your own.
2. Make sure to create a deposit request on our exchange.
3. Check your daily trading limits on our exchange.
4. Make sure that the amount at the bank you sent the money from has been transferred.
5. When creating a deposit request on our exchange, make sure that you correctly submit the IBAN number of the bank you have chosen to the opposite bank.
If the above terms are correct, but the amount is still not displayed in your "Assets" field, you should contact our LiveChat team or our Call Center.
